Thanks for the quick response! I hope this change helps I do have a fan in my LG (days 1 to 18) and I have a fan in the new Incuview that I"m using as a hatcher. My ambient humidity in the house is about 36, with the heater running it was running closer to 32. I have an 80 gallon fish tank right next to it, that currently has no cover on it and we lose close to a gallon a day, so I'm sure that's helping our humidity. I found out from my folks that one night the humidity in the hatcher dropped to 40, but it probably wasn't that low for long. Ityou have a fan ..... I run mine at 100.5-101 every hatch!! CALIBRATED
you start at 30-35% humidity?
I have calibrated 5 of my 6 hygrometers. The humidity is WAY OFF on 4. I marked them with the difference. The temps are off by a few degrees, I've marked those as well. So, I am confident my temps are good. Whether the 'bator spikes or not is another story. The MIN/Max hygrometer is the only one I can't calibrate, the temps won't go as low as 32.
As I've typed this....93 new posts. I can't keep up!! LOL
