Good Morning. Miss Jess
You're up before most of the chickens, anyway.

night. Sorry you are not really a boob, but that was mean.
There was nothing mean about it. I asked her a direct question about the picture she had posted and she answered with completely irrelevant information. I've been called worse names for less.

Hello I have a quick question I just started incubating today and was wondering I have the temp set to 37 degrees cel and the humidity at 57 is that right for the first few days as the last time I hatched I had to help all of them hatch but one chick so I want to make sure I am doing things right
Try to set your temp between 37.5* C and 38* C. 57% humidity is to high. Are these shipped eggs or local? How do the air cells look?

HUMIDITY Humidity is NOT a set number!
Its a tool to get the correct weight loss in the egg!

My last roo would limber up at about 5:30 when I would leave for work. Wouldn't shut up all day either. Surprised he never lost his voice.

yuck. Sorry, I hope those were not shipped.
I think I might have found what is causing problems with my hatches.... I now suspect the respiratory issue I had is MG, and they still have it but they are well managed, so no symptoms are apparent now. I had Denagard recommended to me as a treatment- only thing is it is VERY expensive!
This sounds word for word what I had going through:
Anyone else used Denagard for treating MG? Can you completely eradicate this, or am I stuck with preventive antibiotics forever???

@casportpony
Zi have heard good things about it for the mycoplasmas. I have ms in mine and they are carriers for life and it transmits through eggs in at least some cases.
