Yes just getting settled in on the couch. Eggs collected dinner done and dishes. And some shopping.

Only three of five from my project hens tonigh. Knew if I bragged on them they'd slack off.

We got close to two inches of rain last nights storm and power was out for about two hours. Fun

I'm meeting a buyer on Saturday morning for some of the poults i already have hatched but I'm to let them know on Saturday morning if I have any more lol. People are really getting into spring mode now

Had a guy down here offer to take every cockerel I get. Not so sure about him, though...we'll see how that goes.

This is not my first time hatching but I learn something new everyday on this thread. I lurk around on here about everyday, just soaking up the info (and laughing at a lot of the antics of a few

Ok the eggs I am using is from my Americauna silver penciled rock barred rock and I believe salmon faverole and then I am adding my EE to those hens eggs so hopefully they lay green eggs like the last batch

Well, it is officially day 20 now... I'm thinking I might need to go to the feed store to see if they have chicks, just to console myself....
I'm getting white leghorns this year.
