Good afternoon, everyone, except for those in the west, which require a good late morning!
Watching the weather closely today, and it appears that it may get a little rough this afternoon and into the evening hours. I noticed on radar that there are already a couple of tornado warnings in south LA, and it looks like that particular patch of the storm is headed directly towards my house. Hoping and praying that everyone in it's path will stay safe...

Edit... make that FOUR tonado warnings in souther LA and MS. Things are starting to rock with this storm!

Not likely, whites. These storms generally drift north/northeast, but this one is headed almost due north. I've seen this happen a few times in the past, and the normal storms can be bad enough, but this type can be particularly devastating. The last "normal" storm created 4 tornadoes... one passed about 10 miles to the south of my house, and another 15 miles to the north... almost simultaneously. While I was concerned during that storm, this on worries me just a bit.

Gonna do my bestest! If these tornadoes keep popping up, there may not be many places left to hide...
