I agree with you on that first part, LG. I take no issue with EEs as a breed, but don't try to sell them to me as Araucana or Ameraucana.
Are they misrepresenting it or giving it their own nane for a cross like golden comment/golden comet/...

you have the STC ?

@ChickenCanoe Paddler can you please help with this placement? I use wafers. or @dheltzel I swear I took note of your comment but cant find it now!!! sorry!
Are you referring to the location of the sensor or the heat element/lamps?
With a fan, I'd put the sensor in the midst of the eggs and heat sources far from the eggs. Perhaps at opposite corners. You just don't want hot spots and cold spots.

thanks

2 inches from top of outside of box to interior lights to be mounted just under that and to the sides of viewing window. I now understand to mount my control on the outside of box. There are currently no holes for any purposes so the sensor node will get its own hole as well as the fan and Turner.

moving right along!

Pavlovskaya #2 is the first with an external pip that I can see.
sweet!!!!

@chaos18
The return air duct helps with even temperatures. For proper air exchange.
A higher percentage of the air is recirculated, instead of drawing the air immediately surrounding the fan/shroud, which is less efficient and less stable,so far as regulating temps.
To exchange all the air efficiently, and not just a portion of it, Sally's return air duct is beastmode! Plus I imagine the cooler stays upright better

Whether or not it's on the outside matters not.
The advantage is more interior space for more eggs!

Your AC wouldn't work properly without a return air duct either....

If you cannot draw air in, you want draw any out.

Can duck eggs be incubated at the same time as chicken eggs?
yes with a coolerbator for a hatcher you got the parts get on it! ancona are to be one of the best eating ducks, thats what I had and silkie ducks. I have eggs in the bator now

There's somebody around me advertising fertile Ancona duck eggs for stupid cheap. I'm tempted even though I've never had ducks or incubated them.
yes get them make the bator tonight move on with it

Good morning, crazy people. I just woke up! It's been a long time since I've slept this late. Idk what to do now. I actually prepared a whole pot of coffee instead of my Keurig this morning. I actually had enough sleep that I would only need one or 2 cups of coffee to deal with the day. Oh well! I'm certainly not upset that I have enough coffee!

Off to get Duckling (so glad she plays quietly in her crib!)! Bye!

I guess I should actually say I'm off to storm the castle.

Give up on finding your keys, did ya?

Not quite. I'm just running out of Ideas on where to look.
