Pine beetles and web worms are pretty bad in the south. Most timber farmers spray for beetles, and Sevin spray works great for web worms...Not sure bag worm is the proper name, but that's what they're known as locally.

theres around 1300 variants of them. Silk webbing everywhere? clusters of coccoons hanging from branches? I like chaos' idea of a flamethrower. Not sure bag worm is the proper name, but that's what they're known as locally.

, Poly Vi Sol has only 5 IU per 1ml. The Mercks manual says this:
"Only stabilized fat should be used in feeds. Adequate levels of stabilized vitamin E should be used in conjunction with a commercial antioxidant and at least 0.3 ppm selenium. Signs of exudative diathesis and muscular dystrophy due to vitamin E deficiency can be reversed if treatment is begun early by administering vitamin E through the feed or drinking water. Oral administration of a single dose of vitamin E (300 IU per bird) usually causes remission."
My capsules are 1000 IU, and I think I gave each chick a couple of drops. They were better a little the next day, and 100% normal after a second dose.

If you burn the whole forest down you MIGHT get rid of them...theres around 1300 variants of them. Silk webbing everywhere? clusters of coccoons hanging from branches? I like chaos' idea of a flamethrower.

who needs paper anyways....If you burn the whole forest down you MIGHT get rid of them...
It takes me 1-2 hours once every 3 months, I have used a telescopic pole, that I have used to color my house, and this apparatus give the possibility to drench the growing center of the palm, which is located 0.5-1 m beneath the starting point of the palm leaf ( this S_ B love to eat the heart of palms! )
That's not to bad. Is there nothing else that can be done about this beetle?

that's themI have seen those but what we had was different. It would eat the needled/leaves of the tree and build a cylinder shaped cocoon out of it. There would be literally thousands on each tree.![]()
