I have several of those running around and they are very close to spot on.

Any and all thermo/hygros need to be calibrated.

Tried calibrating it once until i realized it had no button to change it to the right temp so i never tried completely calibrating it.

Read Sallys notes on calibration. Its HIGHLY important to your hatching to have caoibrated equipment.
