I only have pics of before I installed the second fan (the whole thing was kinda rushed into service) but I will get updated pics once it's empty again. However, being that I have the lights at the same level as the eggs, that changes the way the bator heats. I think I'd try to find a way to get the thing together and heating and look for hot spots like @kwhites634 recommended. You can always move the fans around later.

I'll try to get a pic but the window is too small to capture the mechanicals inside the bator. If I can get a decent one without removing the roof entirely I'll post it up here in a few.
