My sister just brought me a dozen Guinea eggs to set, off to do some reading up on them. Love my hatching enabling family members.

Don't give up - I had air cells looking a lot like that, 12 of 16 made it to lock down, and 7 hatched fine (one assisted and subsequently put down, four never hatched). And for that matter, I think the issue I had was humidity being of and too low, and the last eggs being able to pip and hatch because of that (not the shipped issue). I just followed the shipped eggs guidelines, and Lokel Yokel's guidance on what direction to turn the saddled cells (once they were incubated 36 hours with no turning).

What a couple last days! How's everybody been? I'm not reading back so I hope everything is great! The pups from Germany hit KCI (Kansas City International) on Thursday night at 9:45pm. We went up early in the afternoon to shop a little bit, eat dinner and check into a hotel. Picked the pups up and went to the hotel. We didn't get into any big hurry making the 3 hour trip home yesterday either. Kinda nice for momma and I to just getaway for a bit. Anyway, busy getting caught up around here since it is so nice we decided to invite some friends over for the fire pit and drinks tonite. Well, fired up the smoker to throw a "fattie" on. It's a pound of hamburger, pound of spicy breakfast sausage mixed together and flattened out. Then onions, cooked bacon, jalepenos, pepper jack and spread onto the meat. Then roll it up and basket weave bacon around it. It'll smoke for a couple hours and then brush BBQ sauce and cook until it is done. Might do some deep fried deviled eggs too if I don't drink too many Bud Lights before everybody gets here.

I'll go get a few pics of the pups here in a bit. They are enjoying being outside right now.
