here's the incubator Mike.

How wide is it on the inside, side to side, where the shelves are now? I'm wondering about the feasibility of replacing the racks with automatic turners & placing frames with hardware cloth bottoms below each turner, so the chicks don't fall to the bottom of the cabinet. You'd want to be able to slide the frames out so you could lay the eggs on them for hatching.

I don't know if I've explained it sufficiently; I hope you can make heads or tails out of it.
