This will cheer you up. I left my gate open for a few days so the birds could get to higher ground and avoid the windstorms... I found a nest with eggs in my laundry room. One of the hens learned how to use the doggie door!!!

I already have that going on with the quail eggs and the four mixed eggs. Hahaha. I accidentally stepped on one. They were on a pile of paperbags I was storing sides the big freezer.
