Morning folks.

Writing a new story, been wanting to get back into writing in general and I now have the chance.

Sounds good! Corn bread is my cheat. I like Jiffy better than making my own. I have several jars of my chili left from last season. Just enough to get a better crop this year, and make three times as much!

I love taking my favorite chili and pouring it into a casserole dish topping it with grated cheese and then pouring Jiffy mix on top of it and baking. One of my daughters had stopped by to say hi on a weekend from college and tasted it. I had started making this after she had started college. She rolled her eyes up in her head and said, "Oh Momma! That is fat boy food!" She made sure I knew that that was a compliment.

Add a can of corn, and it's called Tamale pie. Duckling helped me make some last week!
