Everything is great as of day 8, temps are stable, (lovin' this LG!) a quick candle on a few eggs showed great veining and no sign of deads. Day 7 candle showed 11 developing, 4+ movers, and 1 clear. AC's look perfect.

Anyone have a good dessert recipe using duck eggs? Picked some up for eating and haven't used them before. I am thinking an egg custard or creme brûlée. Thanks
