So no one has an opinion of what to do with the chicken that plucking feathers from ithers and eating them and is chasing everyone else away from both feeders even when not eating?
Segregate her. You sure something she needs isn't lacking in the feed? I believe feathers have a lot of protein; that may be what she's after.

Someone brighter than me wanna weigh in on this?

I also wondered about protein deficiency, which causes many birds to pluck and eat feathers... but it doesn't explain the bad behavior of not letting the others eat from either feeder. The bully definitely needs to be isolated from the others until it can learn to play nice...
