the top one has the cream. I am not sure what is up with the other not having much. He has a bigger comb and crest, but looks more br in coloring.

I would, just until candle... Round 28% maybe?

Not too much, and just in one well or a small bowl if you have one. Remember surface area boosts humidity, not depth. 25% shouldn't hurt anything though.... I ran 25-28% and ACs looked great in LF eggs. But that is just for me.
