The egg on the bottom of the pic? Just keep an eye on it and make sure that the membrane doesn't dry out and stick to the chick.

If it needs further help I would try and take the "cap", the area where the air cell is, off the egg because that's what it was trying to do in the first place.

Do it carefully and remember to stop if you see blood.

Ok, I popped the top of and stuck her back in, she was well and truely ready! No blood, seems there was a sticky film in the cap that was gluing her wing in place.
