It was last night, nothing like before, just a week or so setback I would guess. It just made it ache again most of the time, and felt sore enough I put the brace back on. I should not have gone out in the barnyard without the splint brace or at least a slip on brace for longer. I was just doing places with floors and concrete where there are fewer opportunities to hurt it, but where I could work through the stiffness and lack of flexibility from being in a brace constantly for two days shy of eight weeks.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. I have been in two car accidents within the month, both cars totaled
Second accident in my friends car that he loaned me. Boy I felt bad about that. Neither accident my fault but you start to feel like a target. Luckily I was able to walk away from both. You just have to thank God for the blessings.

Thankfully, it is the gas ankle. I am just surprised that it is taking so long to heal. I had swelling for more than five weeks. At eight plus weeks I can still see the fading bruising. I am loosing so much conditioning, but I am going to have to really try to be even more careful and not be careless or not hyper careful again like last night. Especially, when I go places I don't walk much.
