not sure overflow is the right word. Our town is what you'd call a tourist trap. Should show you a picture of the work kitchen sometime it's ridiculously small for how much food we cook.

about 45 minutes through the woods so to speak. Alot shorter as the crow flies.
I always hated cooking in a kitchen that was either way to small or way to big for the amount of work that gets done.

it gets a bit cramped sometimes. I try not to think about it for the most part(space issues) but I've also worked in a kitchen that's bigger than this current restrauant. talk about a trip if you forget something in the walk in
I imagine it would with the amount of traffic you have go through the place and the quality of food you put out.

On a happier note....I went to bed last night with 1 chick and 1 pip. I woke up to 1 chick and 3 pips. These are eggs I'm hatching for someone else, so I"m really hoping for a good hatch!!!
