Lol! Not so smart, just one of those people who has to see and feel it to believe it!
The owner of the company always gives me the hairy eye ball when he sees me coming in to the office with dirty hands.
I would not have it any other way, I refuse to ask my people to do something I would not do!
My biggest irritation when I worked for IBM was management judging me on how I was performing my job when most of them didn't know how to do my job.

Well, it has been nice chatting, but iPad is running low, and so am I.
I will drop in tomorrow and catch up again!
Goodnight everyone!

Don't you just love that?
When I do evaluations with my people, I make a point of them telling me what I am missing. I have them describe their issues, problems, and road blocks, and what they think they can do and what I need to do for them, before we go through the evaluation together.
Challenging for both parties, but upfront and honest that way.

Wow that's been my situation last week and weeks to come. Head of purchasing has been made my supervisor, as they are no longer in purchasing, and is following me around with a clipboard to see if I'm doing the job correctly. I'm in quality control at a construction company. 30 years same company same job. Oh yeah happy happy happy. Keep smiling only a few years left. :lau

Hi everyone! I am ten pages behind and trying to catch up. I help a friend who has health issues all day yesterday. Then after parking lot duty at church I came home, cleaned two coops, and started my new coop. I did chores at dark, and sat down five minutes ago. I hope everyone is well.
Here is the beginning of the coop.

Hi Phil. That's a lot of plants. Do you sell produce? I grafted a few tomatoes yesterday by Wednesday I should be able to tell if they took. No rain here for awhile and the grass is already dry. Supposed to rain next weekend
