Urgent! What do trampled chicks die from?

I have a healthy chick this am and now dying. I have her warm and trying to get her to drink. Any life saving suggestions?

She was fine at lunch and almost dead at 4 pm

I'm just guessing trampled I really have no clue what happened. Only 7 chicks in her brooder!? She is not wet or visibly injured just seems exhausted
