Sorry about that cold my friend....
FISH ON !!!!!!!!

Nice piglets..... DAX

Thanks it's good it's raining or I'd really be upset. It does get me out of dishes.

My ideal day of fishing is with a friend and a stream void of other people. Don't really care if I catch anything. Drives my friend crazy. But he's an engineer and so that's ok.

The fish on thing is beyond comprehension. :lau

Miss Banti!!!

Sally the Araucana cockerel I have old was the one that was malpo. In the first hatch and that i had to help it. I did not think it will survive!
Awesome!!! Sure looks great Benny!!

Help, please breed/gender. there small, like bantams
where did you get them and how old CH? No staddle feathering or hackles but if young roos they wont have that just yet, but their coloring would be a bit different. So I am not sure what to tell you!! Try the what breed is this thread on BYC or something.

Anybody know anyone that is going to be at the Uniontown PA sale next weekend? I'm just going to browse(and maybe buy lol) this year but I might show next year.
Not sure how close that is to me in PA heard of it but never was there @4hBrahmas

today is 23 with my turkey and duck eggs. I just candled them and it looks like some are starting to internal pip. Lockdown isn't supposed to be till Monday. Should I go ahead and lock them down now or can I wait till Monday?
@Ruthannnall What I do with ducks and geese was only lockdown if the air cell is getting larger aka draw down. so if some are internal pipping and drawing down you better lock them up. I have multiple hatchers and bators so I can put some into lockdown earlier than the others!!

AND I JUST FIGURED OUT THIS MAY BE WHY I DO BETTER HATCHING DUCK EGGS THAN MOST!!! I ONLY LOCKDOWN "as a single EGG presents it needs it" not as a group!!!!!

@casportpony I am sorry! Dont know why this didnt hit me before!!!!

Is anyone getting any snow it was coming down pretty hard there a minute ago

HI Whites did you get the BBQ up and running?

I've not done a thing here all day. Cold has the best of me
No BBQ fix yet.Wife went to Lowes, where we bought it; they say there's no gasket supposed to be in it...say she must be screwing it on wrong

Wish now that I'd done nothing all day. Wound up cutting, splitting & loading wood all day in a cold wind. Kicked my butt, it did.

I'm so tired my tail's dragging my tracks shut.

I hatched them.they will be two months old on the twelfth

@Sally Sunshine

I finished my hatch today and moved my chicks from the incubator. I have 31 chicks out of 32 that went to lockdown. The one that did not make it was zipping almost oblong in the shell. It was fully developed. I waited too late to assist. So I have 31 out of 32 for a hatch rate of 97% in my LG 9200 still air.

WOW this is wonderful hatch @Math EXCITING!!!! and so many colors too!!! how lovely!! Are you setting more?
