Ok I realize this is off topic and hope it can be allowed simply because I think there are so many knowledgeable people here and hoping someone can help or offer some input...
Is there anyone here that has dealt with either bladder cancer or any type of bladder issues related to back injury or chemical exposure, etc? If you don't want to answer me here, can you PM me please? Thanks in advance.
Smart girl!I'm going to eat the dog! Be right back!
Actually, I have not gotten a second dog because I like having animals that works for me. Sturgis does help out with the birds on occasion, but not enough to be reliable. If I want a pet, I can bring one of the ducks inside, and put a diaper on them.
Duck poo can be used immediately too. I will be putting the dock pool near the garden, with the drain pipe leading towards the center of the garden.
I have 7-8 broody hens on turkey eggs 1 chicken of 2 goose eggs and 1 goose on 8 goose eggs all hatch the end of the month can't wait
Smart girl!
Ever thought of getting a rain barrel to collect water off the roof & use it on the garden?
I'm not sure we have a topic. Just now catching back up. Sorry I missed the opportunity to clean the brooders out for you but glad you got it taken care of.
Hopefully others will be able to assist with the question.
Yes, but it doesn't have a spout, and carrying it a bucket at a time was annoying. Now I let the water collects in it a few inches, then lay it on its side for the ducks to walk in for their own drink that the chickens won't touch due to the standing water. When the standing water gets dirty, I dump it and wait for more rain.![]()
I know that there are rain barrels out there with spouts and screens on top, but they are hard-to-find due to laws changing. It is illegal to collect rainwater in a lot of places now.
Here is a Bulgarian study on the subject..
When I treat livestock for coccidia with Corid, I treat 5 days and a Vitamin B shot every other day, do you know of a reason the B supplement is never mentioned with treating chickens with Corid?
