Had a couple of chicks hatch yesterday. I think group 2 is done. 2 chicks from 4 eggs in lockdown. I candled and it looked like one made the internal pip and the other just isn't doing anything. I think they're both dead but I will give them another day just in case. Also candled group 3 last night and all 6 are alive at day 14. Speaking of broody hens, I can't remember which day I gave her her eggs. That's really her thing anyways, so if they hatch they hatch.

Just thinking it's May already soon apple hill time. Crazy.

NYHal chicks must be getting ready to lay as the roosters are bugging the hens. Supposed to start laying between 4-5 months

Nothing in the ground yet. I'm shooting for next Monday on the final till and hopefully I'll be planted on Tuesday. Sorry your grafts didn't work out. The surviving tomatoes I have are doing really well though. I've been meaning to take a new pic. It's amazing how fast they grow in a short period of time.
