5 more minutes for the post office to call and say the chicks are in and it feels like it is taking for ever!

1 nice rooster 2 rosemary brunches 1 nice yellow lemon Black pepper Salt Paprika powder caraway powder Olive oil 2 onions 6 nice potatoes un piled In a cup you put olive oil, black pepper, paprika, caraway,salt 1 tsp of each, 1/3 cup pf oil You massage the rooster with the olive oil mix, and enter to its abdominal cavity 1/2 lemon and one rosemary branch. And tye it. Cut the potatoes to 1/6,and dice the onions and mix them in a tray put on them the rest of olive oil mix, and sam salt, put the ruster on them and grill to perfactio! Nice green salad, and nice cold Rose wine and you are fixed!

Wouldn't you want to use a mean rooster, and maybe kill it first?? Might make the job easier

We have external pips and lots of peeps coming from the bator. We should have chicks in the morning. One day early. My bator must run a degree hot.

I need to go put mine into lockdown. Trying to give the 'bator time to get back to the right temp. I just took the last 2 chicks of previous hatch out a few hours ago!!! I'm setting them too close together!!!

Ok, I just moved a LOT of eggs into lock down. The hatching bator is FULL!! Had to take out a couple of the thermo/hygros. Let's hope the 2 I left in do their job! Count is 22 Mille Fleur D'Uccle and 4 Black Crested Polish that looked great, and I heard very loud chirping! But I also have 17 Black Copper Maran that I can not see into. I threw them all in and we'll see what hatches!

I have 2 other FULL incubators. Most starting day 15 right now, others on day 7. Tonight I added 11 Fly Tyer eggs, and 16 eggs from the 5 month old hen's that just started laying, some light brown, some green, some pink. We'll see what we get I have no idea if they are fertile. The first ones I set were a DARK green, and I can't see into them.

I guess I need better flash lights!

I'm hoping I have pips/zips or chicks in the morning!
