Voltage value and type, and also Amperage. You want to use a 12VDC power supply. You want the amperage to be more than the total amperage of all of the devices you are running. Sometimes the power supply doesn't say DC, it just has the symbol. It may look like a dotted line, with a solid line above it. AC symbol is a sine wave.

Anyways, the fans and whatever else you are wanting to run should have a current (amperage) value. If they have watts (W)  on them instead of amps, you'll have to convert it. Google "Power Wheel" for the formula.

1000mA (milliamps) is equal to 1A (amps)
