The last three nights, I have woken to my bedding being a mess. I am usually a neat sleeper. I thought it was stress. Now I am wondering if the dog isn't doing it!
I can blame him anyway.

To be honest, his allergies happened to start acting up on the same day that my stress level went up. He sleeps in the bed with me, and if he wants me to move, I move. So if he snuggles closer to me, I don't roll over to get comfortable. I do move my legs to accommodate him... The dog makes me not sleep.
