I've read they were supposed to be good egg layers as well. But that they didn't reproduce like kind although some are saying they did. Confusing

I don't know, but I just wanted to put a couple in with my roosters like my HRIR or hatchery RIR to see if I could get a meatier bym that was not so slow. Just a curiosity thing on my part. Some of the hatchery RIR give cockerels with very little meat, but I don't know how it will effect the egg production.
