Yes they do have the long tail feathers. The ringneck and the golden are in a completely different family the goldens are in the rugged pheasant family which the males have a flap of feathers they put over their face when displaying for females.
I got me eggies!!! she sent me tons!! I thought she made a mistake and sent me serama they are so little!!!! and she sent me other goodies of eggs too!!!

In all seriousness, it's not that hard to resist when I remember what a pain it is to have pans of fresh ice water out in the chicken runs every day when it's over 100F - and multiply it by the number of chickens I have now (vs. ONLY THREE last summer). I'd need to buy a whole 'nother freezer and make ice around the clock!!!!!
