Yes, both incubators have fans. I think that being on day 16, and some small aircells(BCM shells) I will transfer the small aircells to the larger homade incubator that has more ventilation, thus can help with expanding those aircells.
I think I will keep my normal size in brinsea incubator.
Not sure what to do with those saddle shaped ones though. I really can't tell if they are too big or not, that shap messes me up

@h2oratt , let me elaborate on that a little.... If you get them from a feed store and they start dying, it probably means that they were sick when you got them, or that they got chilled in transit back home. One must hone their skills and learn how to spot unhealthy chicks. When buying chicks, stand and watch all of them.

• Do not pick any that are standing with their eyes shut.
• Do not pick any thin ones
• Do not pick any with droopy wings
• Do not pick any with poopy butts
• Pick only ones that are actively eating or running around
• Pick only ones with food in their crops

The trip home

• Keep warm

Once home, monitor poop. Abnormal poop will mean that something is wrong.
