temps sound good, so long as it is forced air

I really need some help! I am a first time hatcher "I've got one chick fully out of the shell and doing great". Yesterday was the official start of my hatch day. This being the very first time I've ever incubated I'm really worried! I've got one chick who has pipped a good bit and ia very noticeable through the "pip" hole
Well the one chick who is out and about is pecking the other chick!

.
Plus the chick that has pipped has been pipped for more than 24 hours as of 2:00 or so today. He/she is breathing and chirping rather well but i don't know when to intervene. The membrane is a little dry so I misted the inside of the Bator a bit to bump up the humidity. I also have no idea what to do about Sir Pecks my Sibling a lot. He is pecking it a good bit and not sure why!? Do I need to move him to the brooder since he is fully dry? Help help help!!!!!
