I candled. About a dozen -didn't count- are alive. Tossed two that were more than mostly dead. CCL look the best, most of them are very alive! Air cells are worse then I thought, most are -shush chaos- jiggly.

So Liz, I'm curious- Did the bear actually eat your chickens and not their food, or did they just get chased off never to be seen again? What kind of bear? I'm a bit nervous for mine now. :/

ate at least two possibly three, scared off my ducks but they've probably been eaten by now. We mostly have a black bear around here
