I made ice cream tonight (custard-style, like Haagen Daz) - great way to use up 8 egg yolks and fresh raw cream. Vanilla bean with chopped chocolate toffee almonds.

No, those are for Banti. Benny's tried pills, but they don't work as well. We love her very much and this is for her own good. The Banti Disease has really taken hold - bad relapse tonight.

Their names are Heather, Chrissy, and Tucson and they are the sweetest duckburds ever! They eat from my hands and sit still when I hold them and call them George and kiss their bills of adorb. They have a new coop that they go to bed in all by themselves (when they want to) and always say goodnight with a Burd touch! They are growing soooo fast.... I spend way too much time with my lil tippywebbers because it is so rewarding. I love how they go frow wayyy tall to see what you have to flumped baby in a tired fashion.
