I wish I could have been around to watch my 3/25 heritage RIR chicks when it got light. I have the new coop habitable, though the run is not quite finished. Thus, they got to move about nine o'clock last night from the brooder to the new coop. They were huddled together and scared when I left them there, but with the coming of dawn it would have been neat to see them explore the coop and discover roosts and nest boxes. At least I will get to see them go outside for the first time this weekend when I get the apron around the run finished.
