Ya she just turned 12 poor girl she isn't as over weight as u would think she just seems like she constant,y eats and if u don't feed her she just sets and whines until u do. Her name is missy.

Here is a pic of her and then the puppy that's my sweet little spoiled stinker when she was three months old I took that the day we brought her home.

OH I do see the resemblance to the cow. Ours will turn circles to remind us that it's dinner time. My moms will play with the door stop to the closet the food is in.

She doesn't stay outside she sleeps in bed with my mom and her other dog and my dog she kicks me in the head because her bed is on my bed and then she starts dreaming and her feet start to go and then she starts kicking me. Ya so altogether I have a dog, a Guinea pig, three cats, 20 and counting chickens, 4 turkeys. And then my sister has a cat, a dog, and a horse then my mom has a two dogs, and she used to have a pigmy goat and 3 ducks and my dad just plays and messes with my turkeys and let's my chickens out iPod there pen while I am doing school work and I have to go Hurd them all up because I am doing school work not watching for Hawks all day while they are out and chasing them out of my moms flower beds.

We tried the dog in bed thing. Just didn't work out. Bed hog she was. Kicking me in the back till I had to get up. Yea the dog bed went on the floor and then to the other room.

So sorry about your hip - lots of bad arthritis in my family, I know how awful that bone-on-bone feeling is. Here's hoping you feel better soon (glad the rough work is behind you!).

Thanks to folks with sweet comments about my deadbeat-ness this AM. I usually am not hard on myself like that, but I just had so much on the "to do" list, I was frustrated at the missed opportunity. I did get some stuff done - not much, but was at least productive with some things. I'll just keep chipping away at everything. After the bread bakes this evening, I'll try to go to sleep early, in the hopes that I can get some good work in before the graduation tomorrow. 

With the BYC weirdness, I don't know if I'll be able to get back on, so if not, then happy Saturday night to everyone!!!

Hey ant farm I was just reading in Backyard chickens an article about naked neck chickens. Seems the gene for naked neck has been isolated and they are using it for repairing tendons in chickens. Hoping that it can be used with humans eventually. But they don't call it NN it's called BMP 12.
