Quick question. If you had to choose between Bantam Cochin hatching eggs, sizzle hatching eggs, plain silkie eggs or drizzle polish eggs which would you choose?

I'd say frizzled polish!!

Frizzle is normal feathers. Sizzle is a frizzled silkie bred to have certain traits of the silkie such as black skin and 5 toes.

Frizzle, Sizzle and Frilkie. I thought Frizzled meant the turned up feathers. I don't know the difference between a Sizzle or a Frilkie. I was told this was a Frilkie.

None.

They are cutting fire breaks and water bombing around the perimeter
The smoke and winds created by the fire make it very difficult to get crews within 30 miles of the actual fire
The weather has helped the last few days and they are concentrating on the western edge where it is mostly forested wilderness. The fire is progressing eastward, towards more farmland than forest, and the farmers are doing all they can to wet down as much land as they can

They are focusing on the forest in the west, while the fire is moving east?

Fires scare me. I live in a valley, and a few years ago there were 2 separate fires that basically cut off all access to our valley. Our hills are mostly chaparral, which grows, dies off, and needs to burn before it regrows. When it starts burning our firemen just do structure protection and let the hills burn. They are better off after they burn.

I just hatched 4 black crested polish. They are such cute chicks!!! I can't wait until they get bigger!!!

Granny and Yorkshire have some beautiful polish.. They were the ones that made me fall in love!!! Of course I would have to have my Minorcas and giants too. I just love them!!!!

My,turtle wouldn't eat today

It is a reptile with slow metabolism it doesn't need to eat every day!
It could survive month without eating! It's depend also on the temp.

That funny. What about the other eggs are they yours or did you get them from somebody. Were they shipped?

We bought them all off of eBay. The first Bater.

I forgot I also have Rosecombs in the 2nd. Those we're given to me. Then the rest of the barred Cochins are from our hen. The sebrights I got from someone on here.
