Some people have sealed cracks and had luck hatching cracked eggs. I'm not one of those people. Once an egg gets cracked, bacteria enters the egg... which normally ends with a chick not going full term. It's worth a shot, but don't be disappointed if it doesn't make it. If it does...

My Roo (the one in the profile pic) Hatched from a slightly cracked shipped egg. They used Elmers glue and TP... They had to help a tiny bit when he was zipping to get past that little part.

Hatching Update=Woke up to the first one out.
1 Cochin hatched, 5 external pips.
2 EE's external pips.

Hatch has begun and only 35 eggs left to make it out.

Baby update. Had an ultrasound this morning and found out end of October we will be welcoming identical twin boys to the house. Wife seems to have calmed down at least for the moment since everything at the appointment seemed good.

Have a local flock swap tomorrow and hope to move some birds. Running out of room.

Hmm. 8 weeks. I say another week, maybe 2 of what you have been doing. then hit it hard for last half. Disclaimer: I am not a dietician or a certified trainer and none of my recommendations should be taken with the expectation of such. I am a marathon runner though. If you want advice in distance running I can speak from experience.
