Can you butcher? I don't sell mine. They are utilized. NN are doing ok. Not sure I like the growth from them yet. Maybe they are late starters.

My husband can. He was a hunter and was taught to at what he killed. So I guess that is what will happen. I have four old gals that need to be culled but I am too softhearted. I just can't seem to give him the word..maybe NN grow slow.

I have about 44 eggs in my Bators. These will be my first shipped eggs. I have to hand turn 12. Never done that before.

Good skill to have.

NN supposed to be quick good meat bird. But they are saying they are getting smaller due to breeding.

Hand turning obviously takes more time but my neighbor swears by it. Says she gets better hatch rare when she hand turns them
