Can I mix the calcium and grit in an old feeder, or should they be separate?

Keep them separate.

separate- only girls need the extra calcium, everyone needs grit

Oldest son went home with 5 first places.

Youngest son 1 first place and 2nd and a third.

Oldest daughter 2 second place.

lol, we have a clam shell digger, he chooses not to use it cause it doesnt move enough material at once, and cant go deep enough
and we live in the granite state, its lots of fun digging
