something got in my wood duck box

yes out of like 15 eggs they had only seven left.two had holes and one was crushed on the ground.

yes but the moms gone too.old maybe coon

yes I have a like five broody right now.but no I didn't look in on the nest for about a week

i would check to see how far along it is and put it under a broody with eggs that are not as far along so that they hatch at the same time.
What i was saying about checking on them, was that it sounded like you had checked on them many times today

I candles it right now I have it on a heat pad and it looks like it's about day 10_11

no,we weren't letting anyone hatch baby's right now.we already have between 40_50 adult birds and around 30+ babys

Help help help.my wood duck eggs has some black spots on the veins.will it make it.What do they mean

It's getting dark in my wood duck egg

all I did was remove the top layer of soil without messing up the two eggs.there not in the wild there in a outdoor pen from my two box turtles.and the wood duck eggs is the only one.it's not under a hen it's in my room on a heating pad.something had gotten in my wood duck box and are all except one and I think the hen too

Sally, did you see that I'm incubating a double yolker? There's lots of veining and movement and I THINK two embryos, but hard to tell. It's in there with teensy hona eggs.

oh My!!!  good luck, 99% time they are a death wish, I pray your in that 1% that get out!

I couldn't resist. I started getting about one a week and I just had to try. Any statistics on when they usually die? Or does it vary? This/these are day 10.
