@Sally Sunshine She is in this coop second box. She will have to be moved as it is already too crowded. I need to integrate my two CL boys and free up the smallest semi mobile coop or break her. The timing is not good with the heat and my need to rearrange birds now that everyone is big enough, and this coop is over crowded.

Wow no trees or anything for shade, maybe rethink if its so hot. or you will have to tend to her alot is my guess. is it breezy there? I never had luck moving broodies, in fact I just gave chicks to the big brahma broody because I didnt see anything hatch under her. I am afraid the big dummies will eat her babies but so far so good, its been a day lol

My little mystery rooster is 8 weeks old now, and showing off blue ears. Any guesses on breed? He is tiny and hatched from a blue egg that I thought was cream Legbar.

in there brooder another one has died

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. What temp are they at in the brooder and when they stand in the brooder how do they look. Are they hanging their heads or tails down, are the drinking a lot or not at all, are they eating, are they laying around with their feathers all puffed up, do they sleep under the lamp or in the cooler corner?
