both, somehow they would end up bending the openings bigger, but first it was just their heads that would stick through, sometimes get stuck too

So you put quite a bit in, do you know measurements, or just a thin layer on top of the container?

I put 100gr ( 3.5 ounces ) in a 10 kg ( 22 pounds ) batch and I mix it very good, the layer you saw was befor mixing

Most people don't have food scales, so can you tell us how many tablespoons = 100 grams? Kathy

The problem is the panels with the 4x4 openings is 3x as much.

Anyone have some creative ideas to add humidity to their incubator? I've tried water in the pan, and sponges. Anything else?
