Quote: I don't think so, I think it's more a matter of dialing in the temp and humidity and turning properly. Body temp of a chicken varies from 102 to 107 I think, so that might explain why the shell temp was so high that day. Maybe I'll track shell temps on the two broodies sitting right now (one on four eggs, another on just one).

Ok, earlier today (I think) someone mentioned Rural King? Well, since Corrid isn't carried locally at any of the Feed stores, I went online. Rural King was one of the stores. I went a little crazy and spent about $150 and the shipment was due today. As of yesterday, it was on time. This morning when I checked, this is what I found:

I watched the news this morning and saw NOTHING about a train derailment.... I'm wondering if the bottle of corrid broke?
Hopefully everything is alright.

i dont have a jigsaw, what if a drill a hole and use my sawzall?

good, i have a TON of old windows, i could take a tempered glass window out of a scrap car.....

You also need wire coverings and a fan.

Yeah, that is the store I mentioned. I would think the bottle would be well protected.

SANTA!!???!?!??!!

Yes a sawzall will work. Make sure you score the top of the cooler well with a razor to make it easier to cut through.
k

Hindsight is always 20/20
maybe i should have just bought an entire bator
oh wait that requires something i dont have

You are gonna splice a lot and re wire so get the cheap wire caps.
