They were just under/right at 3 months. I got the smallest looking ones. Maybe they said goat on the package? Tiny and green, from TSC.

It's not, really. No pain involved. It opens far enough or the scrotum to fit inside, then you just let it close. The band cuts off the blood supply, and everything eventually dries up & falls off; no pain, no strain, no trauma.
