I'm outa here after the shower. I was told there will be the top 2 teams from about 70 five-man leagues and 70 four-man leagues from 7 counties in this 4 million metro area. We are the winners of our league, but we're in a B league. Some teams even sandbag during the season so they'll be lower rated for the tournament. It will be fast and furious. Miss and you lose. They have to get through a bunch of that today and at the end, the top 5 man team plays the top 4 man team with 4 man rules for the big money. If we can win one match, there will be money, other than what we already won for winning our league. I was playing a couple nights ago against an old black guy that was great and expressed my concern for the tournament. He said, "don't worry, you can play with anybody". Ego boost there.
