Quote: TJ!!!!! Oh lordy yes way too hot for you to be working!! I have the polish, a friend has the guinea with the whites I hatched earlier she has acreage and they free range for her well, I have four pheasants no clue the gender, when can I tell ? Thank you TJ!!
Hard to tell from this angle...sun was wrong...but that mess on the top
is actually the front wall, with provisions for a people door on one end
and a 6' door to get the mower through on the other.
Anyone wanna help me set it?
Slow but sure...mostly slow. Tackling something like this all by your lonesome is a beach.
I need someone to keep me motivated.
You want I should pick you up tomorrow? Can be there by 10 AM
I wish!!! anything to get out of children for over twelve hours that are not mine!!! ugh
Bring 'em along; truck has a back seat & plenty of room in the bed. Or put 'em in roller skates & we'll tie 'em to the bumper
trust me you dont want that mine yes, others nah ah

Pleasantly surprised this evening when I went to lock up. For the 1st time since I put the 7/2 chicks outside, I didn't have to catch any by hand or net them to get them into the coop; 5 of the 6 were already in, and the last one was right in front of the door. 'Til now, they'd go part way up the ramp, but jump off & pile up in a corner, content to spend the night on the ground if I'd let them. No more nightly Great Chicken Roundup.
Quote: oh what a cute theme!!! gotta keep them kids equal right! lol Glad things are going well with you, how is the garden you did with your son holding up in the heat??? @NaJoBeLe
I am still alive!!! Praise God... Made it thru 1st day of school and craziness afterwards. Finally got to enjoy my chickies at about 7 tonight
. Didn't have to run around like a chicken to get chicks back in crate.they all huddled in the front trying to fit in like a 6x6 inch spot once sun started going down. So I was able to slowly close door and say goodnight. Ready for fall weather tired of this humidity. It's only 10:40 but feels like it should be like midnight.
Hi all, been having a busy week, prepping for my final. Quail are down by two now, dang it. Not much else to share. Hope you are all well and staying cool. Heat and humidity are nasty here and it still hasn't rained over a tenth of an inch in over a month.
