I have 6 bantam eggs in my incubator I bought 1 egg of eac breed a lady had they hatch in 12 days

I gotta make another Lowes run, and I'm not looking forward to this one; it's gonna be a biggie. Going to try to get everything I need (siding included), except the roofing material, to save time & miles. I'm going to try to get one of the pro staff to load the truss specs into the computer to double check "our" figures, in case something's been missed, overlooked, or figured wrong. If the figures are right, it should run around $460; better carry the pink slip to the truck & the house along. Contemplating picking up a nail gun, too; that's a bunch of nailing by hand, & my hammer hand's already feeling it.

Nothing better than a nail gun, especially if your building alone.
I just had $2,200 in metal roofing for our house delivered yesterday, doesn't look like it's worth no $2,200.....Dang materials are expensive...

Edit that, delivered Sat, the DW will be hounding me hard now to get it put up

Great breeds! Do you have other chickens? What incubator are you using?

16' wide x 10' deep; trusses 10' across the bottom (on top of the 16' sides)

This sounds like a great idea.
