I keep counting seven, but there are nine. If I am standing right in front of them outside, I can keep looking until the other two pop out. When they are inside, I can only find mine when the chicks are running around. This begs the question, is it the same two that are always hiding?

I think your right. I had one that always hid. The he'd show up out of no where. Drove me nuts. Always thought I'd lost one. I think the four on the left are hens and two on right are roosters. New picture of mine

Thanks they are a growing. I might move them to their own coop tomorrow. Then start arranging my rooster with the keeper hens. Get down to lower numbers. Been my plan since January. No time like the present.
