HELP

I have some eggs in my incubator on day 18, and when I went to go check on them, the lid was off and they weren't very warm. So, I put warm water in there and put the lid back on. Should they be ok?

The temp is 99.9° And the humidity is 39.

So don't event candle tomorrow to see if they are alive?
