I have two growing out in the "dinner club." I'll post pics if they ever get done. DH told me the other day he'd rather take roos to auction than process them. I've spent weeks feeding them French toast and macandcheese to bulk them up!

Exactly. It's only 3... I think I can do them myself. I worry about the gutting and plucking. Maybe I'll just skin them.
