In the UK checking up on my mum.

Our new batch of chickens got here today, and we already lost one....
Cackle hathery sent me a ton of EE chicks. Not a single one died, plus, they sent a spare.

mypetchicken sent NO spares, and one already died, and a bunch of them were lethargic when they got here... can't figure out what the difference was.
